Bahamut in FFVIII was one of the few good things in that game. That, Shiva, and Eden.

I always did like the design of those wings.

The wings on the toy are thick too. That's what I used for a reference because it was easier than finding what I did with the game, trying to get a model viewer or an Epsxe save, and taking screenshots. I have the game... somewhere.

Gah... I have the game as well. It's in my 'no play' pile. Despite some of the lovely bits of the game, I just can't find myself fond of it.

I'd say spare yourself playing the game, and just keep using the figure. XD

Yeah. To me 6 and 7 were the pinnacles. All the ones after those are barely a shadow of those two's glory.

6 is so much better than 7.

Well it was the most ostentatious incarnation of Bahamut no doubt. I also ahve the figure of that one, but its the blue one, not the flamboyant tropical one :U

Well the original was PSX graphics so it's to be expected.

I have always been a huge fan of Final Fantasy VIII. I might be one of the few people out there who would defend it over other masterpieces and absolute epic titles of the franchise like FF VII or FFX, and amongst all those reasons was Bahamut. I loved the design of Bahamut, he looked like a total killing machine.
No doubt that you made a fantastic jobe doing all Bahamuts but this one is my personal favourite. Theory proved: If it has tits, it's a whole lot cooler.

I am gonna have to argue with you, VI was better than VII or X. I actually liked VIII myself, I thought it was a better story than 7, even with the whatevers.

I decided to leave VI appart since that game it's on a league of it's own. It's so good it's like the perfect Final Fantasy. I don't even dare to question that. Can you imagine if I actually wrote: "FF VIII was even better than VI" I would have ripped off my gamer's heart for just saying that XD

I think one thing is what I like, FF VIII is a game I like so much I would defend it against anything, but if they ask me "which is better, VI or VIII?" I wouldn't hessitate in saying "VI of course".
