Perched atop his “throne”, Xyk takes a breather to dine and delight. Ahh, the coyote life: simple, absurd, waggish, and good.

I asked J to fast-forward Xyk’s world into a near-future setting, and she did the rest!

I am completely enthralled by these pieces and the vision they portray. What I love most is how Xyk seems to have aged alongside his surroundings -- albeit in a timeless and very “coyote” sort of way, of course. Though even more spindly and scruffy now, he is still every bit the thieving trickster as always, ever on the prowl for that next heist, that next play, and that next meal.
