A while back I drew one of 
Garreth's characters, a gravity powered snow leopard called Dark Matter.
Now here is a new, sleeker costume concept for the guy.
His fur is blue and thus very unique and easily identifiable. Not a very discrete physical appearance for a super villain, ya know? So I figure he'd need a full body suit to perfectly hide his fur.
