We also have a Cockatiel named Chi-Chi (as in DBZ)

HA! i never really payed too much attention to spelling her name at the time, i was like.. 12. lmao.

I had a cockatiel named Momo, as in the sugar glider in Samurai Champloo, she died last year T.T most expensive, short lived bird ever.

well i did love the show, but i was paying more attention to Ryoko then the plot sometimes XD

and sorry about your bird... we used to have 2 other cockatiels
one was named Chico, and the other was named Sunshine,

Chico died some time back, but he was very friendly,
Sunshine we gave to my dad a few weeks after, and wouldnt ya know that bird is still alive? shes gotta be going on 7 or 8 or better.

we also have a quaker parrot named ace,
NEVER GET A PARROT THAT CAN TALK!
he NEVER shuts up, and hes goofy as hell,
but we still love him,

and get this:
he loves to eat fries, and chicken,

I felt so bad for my little Momo, she came to me sick and i probably sunk $1,000 in vet bills for her first six months, clearing up infections etc. I had to flush our her nostrils twice a day for a month. :(

Then last year she started sneezing and wheezing and died like, an hour later. So i'm a little put off to birds right now, she was supposed to be from a reputable breeder who had "healthy" stock, but oh well. We have two budgies who've been around for almost four years which came from a pet store of all places... and they're healthy as horses. Oh well, i guess it goes that way sometimes. Maybe in the future i'll try again....then again, maybe not. It all depends on how it goes.

That's so funny about you quaker... I've seen parrots from budgies to macaws eating everything from popcorn to whoppers. Birds are so funny.
