Once again, I stayed up way too late working on a drawing. I but I couldn't stop (well, until now). Very close to being done. Just need to add the glare, final shadows and a proper background among a few details. I think this one going to be a keeper when I finish. Now I need a name for it. Perhaps Dragon Mk III Lancer; Maximum Edition.
Aside from the addition of the front fender light, is there anything else I missed?

It's set up more like a race car than a street cruiser so it has big fat sticky tires filling the wheel wells nicely. Low profile tires from better handling. Though with the active suspension, the body can be raised a few inches to clear rough roads. Even has sensors to do it automatically. All wheel drive also helps keeping the car planted.
BTW, my brother had his '68 Camaro wheels tuck down almost that low. It totally looked awesome. Too bad he had to lift it back up an inch or so due to bottoming out too easy on steep inclines like some driveways. The old suspension wasn't designed it. But it look so cool.
If you take it for a test drive, make sure to leave the active control on. With all that power untapped, the car could spin out if you not used to it. Oh, try to keep it under 250MPH.

I don't recall the Cala at all. Interesting enough, I modeled the upper side air scope off the Lambo Countach. Well, sorta anyway. Also use a spattering of Ferrarilistic look to it. Those flares are my own flair. I love the round smooth look to my designs.
I also like the vertical A-pillars of the cars from the '50s and I tried something reminiscent of it (I have other sketches with featured it stronger). I did add the extra brace to the front windshield to break up the huge expanse of it.
The front end it pretty much my own ideas. Maybe a little GT-40 creeped into it. The headlights I'm not sure. I believe it might come from a Cadillac show car. But that had a very angular straight off lights which I didn't like. But it did had an array of lights that I find interesting.

I made the base color on a separate layer, so it's easy to change. I picked green this time since it's pretty rare. Most of my cars tend to be blue as it is my favorite color. A nice charcoal grey is also high on my list of favorites. I plan to paint my '71 Camaro dark grey with black racing stripes one day.
Green is rare on the street around here, but yeah I know about the traditional colors of some makes. I picks green just for this one particular pick (I would prefer a nice deep blue myself with twin white racing strips). Brown is just plain icky. Lots of brown and tans where popular in the '70s.
I used to have a '74 Maverick that was dark green before painted white. I wouldn't mind getting my paws on a Grabber Maverick as you don't see many of them. Plus they basically run the same chassis as a late '60s Mustang. Though I would love to own a '68 fastback.
Since I made the car's color on it's own layer (I love using layers). I just changed it to a ice shade of blue. Might as well ix a few mistakes and post that too in a bit.
