Azar has been told many times that he is adorable, regardless of his role in his world's military or his role as an inventor. Many people find him adorable when he is at his normal size and when he's gorged himself on food. Therefore, a chibi version of himself most likely hits high on the adorable scale.

This is either just a chibi, or a look at Azar when he was a hatchling. If this is him as a hatchling, I guess his "secret" love of eating and filling his belly started at a young age.
