Well I haven't made any kinda deserts in ages an was in an experimental mood... had always seen folks usin' candies in deserts... M&M's in cookies an such... an I've always been partial ta the combination of lemon an dark chocolate so may I present...
Lemonhead Brownies!
ingredients:
1 box of dark chocolate brownie mix
1/3 cup of milk (substituted fer the 1/3 cup water of the brownie mix)
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 large box of lemonhead candies
directions:
mix brownie mix as per instructed but sub the milk fer the water. add in half the cup of choco chips an half the box of lemonheads inta the batter, stir then pour inta pan. Sprinkle on the remainder of the chips an lemon candy on top an bake as per instructions.
note: these are extra gooie so recommended prep-time is that when these are done bakin' ya place'em in the freezer (a deep freezer or at least put'em up refrigerated) so that they are firmed up enough ta divide'em inta slices before servin' :)
Enjoy the sweet tart gooie goodness, heh

Hmmm... that might work... see the problem I've had/known others've had with tryin' ta cook most lemon flavorin' combined with chocolate is that it tends ta blend t'gether wrong an ya wind up with a rather unpleasant taste if it's too well blended then baked... so the candies act as a good seperatin' agent that keeps the lemon flavor mostly still in the candy without it 'bleedin' too much inta the chocolate...
