People say that opposites attract. Sometimes they're simply born. Gods forbid anyone try to separate them.
Flames roiled from the hands of the younger sibling, charring the ground between herself and the goblins that had been hunting them. At her back ice chilled the air, snow beginning to crystallize despite the bright spring day in a frigid rush.
Outnumbered, trapped and forced to make a stand, their enemies would regret thinking the single tailed kitsune were an easy target.
It's been years since either Thal or myself had managed to snag one of ABD's commission slots and when I saw this most recent batch open I just couldn't resist.
