Personality: He's a street smart, wise cracking monkey. He can be quite the trickster and joker at the time, but most of the time he just tries to act like a cool guy. Normally he wouldn't want to join a team but his old home girl Sly convinced him to join her team. He always can be found hanging out with his messed up slightly torn jeans, shades, different style of hoodies, and his earphones listening to his iPod (filled with rap songs) and his hair normally messy. Normally he would like to be called "Big A" or at least Andres, but his family and Sly call him Andy.
History: Born and raised in the streets of Goldenrod City his family lived under fear of the notorious gang that heavily populated that area, the Mukfather's Army, as they called themselves. His parents, Andres Garcia Sr. and Carmen Garcia (both Aipom) had a bit of hard time, financially. Not only had they had to pay for rent, food, bills, etc. They had to pay for protection to/from the Mukfather's army. Yeah they paid those guys not to harm them or Andres. So without that gang to worry about, Andres went to school made some friends, who called him the "Big A". And they hung out in the city, and he basically knew how to get anywhere in that city. Everything was going well, that was until he graduated from junior high. He was looking for a high school to enroll when he decided to pop in the building his dad was working in. His dad is a fire alarm technician and works in any building in Goldenrod City, only this time he was working in a bank. When he entered the bank was robbed and his father on the floor his leg broken. When Andres (Jr.) found him, a Sneasle girl about a year older than him was freezing his leg. But this was no ordinary Sneasle; she had a tattoo of a red Dragonair below one of her eyes. He knew that this meant she was in the Mukfather's Army, so he took off after her as she ran. But when got out of the building, she increased her speed to get away. Fortunately for him he knew Goldenrod City like the back of his tail and found a root to cut her off. She explained that as her team was robbing the bank they accidently knocked his father off a ladder during the robbery and that she stayed behind to help him. The ice was to keep the leg from getting worse till he was able to get to the hospital. Andres saw the honesty in her eyes and believed her. Soon he found the sneasle again and he tried to befriend her over and over. Soon she came to stop threatening him to leave her alone and told him her name, Sly. The two became friends in his eyes, in her eyes he was just some idiot Aipom who wouldn't leave her alone but she couldn't bring herself to rip to shreds. So they hung out during the summer and through the first two months of his freshman year until he got her thinking about the things she was doing. This got her confused. She had been taught that what she was doing was for the good of the people that she was helping but in reality she was just harming them?! She couldn't believe it. Soon her dad/boss the Mukfather himself got word of this and forbade Andres from ever seeing Sly. And to punish him for "filling her heads with lies", he raised his demand from his parents. Soon they couldn't pay for school and Andres had to drop out of high school halfway into his freshman year. They home schooled him and he got a part time job to help pay for the bills. A year and a half later his parents wanted better for him so they sent an application to PCA. By some miracle he was accepted with Financial Aid to help pay for it. They couldn't be happier. Andres felt sad leaving his friends behind but like true friends they wanted the best for him. So he left to PCA and entered in as a junior. Soon he was reunited with his old friend Sly, and by the torn ear and scar on her eye, he could tell that she left that gang. He has both happy and sad. Happy that she left it and helped better herself. But said that they did that to her. Fortunately that was the time that she and her team, a Pidgeotto who is considered her sister, Sky and a Monferno said to be the leader of the team, Goku; were looking for new members. He and Goku butted heads at first but she "convinced" him to join, and "convinced" Goku to let him in. So now on the Fighting Dreamers, he continues on to try to accomplish his dream to help liberate his family and friends from the grips of the Mukfather's Army.
