After seeing the Tim Burton style Pokemon, I felt like drawing one of my characters like that. And who could be more appropriate than creepy ol' Impadora? She certainly has enough stripes. I also wanted to test out some new brushes I downloaded for Sai. I think they had a pretty good effect.
