Kevin 11k: to take care of you and our past selves

Ken: OH NO! IM ALMOST AN ADULT I CAN TAKE CARE OF MYSEL---

( back to the past and present )


( while the others were napping, the two Kevins had a dare fight. Both lost the dare , and were forced to wear diapers)


Young Kevin: nice undies

Kevin (blushing ) well at least I'm not wearing diapers

Young Kevin : (blushing )

( both began fighting until they saw yet another unusual light)

( Normal Ben appeared)


Normal Ben: what's going on here. I came here to see my friend Ben......omg what is that?! A diaper?!

Young Kevin and Kevin : yeah and we have a little surprise for you


( both Kevins took normal Ben upstairs to the daycare to find that Ben 23 had a stomach virus and was vomiting)

Ben 23: my tummy huwts

Kevin: Don't worry, daddys coming




( Kevin picks up ben 23 and feeds him a bottle of ginger ale)

Ben 23: ( sucking bottle and drinking ginger ale) *burp*


Kevin : there...all better

Ben 23: uh huh ( goes back to sleep)

Kevin : Good boy. Zed

Zed : ( walks in)

Kevin : be a good girl and watch them ok

Zed: (barks)

(Kevin 11 and Ben 10k and Ken came into the room)

Kevin : wut the

Ben 10k : ken lost his continence. But I'm thinking that someone else is behind this
