What's your guys' favorite ramen recipes? I like adding an egg into the water while I boil it and cook the noodles, and then once its done the egg is fully cooked and ready to be sliced and added to the broth. :D I also like frozen peas, a few drops of fish sauce, basil, and green onions. :)

Try beating the egg first, then slowly pour it into the water as you stir vigorously. Egg-drop ramen.
Yay 3-Crabs Fish Sauce! Whoo-hoo! I love that stuff.
Pick up a nice flank steak and cut it into small chunks, about 2x2x2. Wrap each one up individually. When you want beef ramen, take one out and let it thaw a bit, then cut into thin slices while still frozen. Arrange the slices on a small dish, then add them to the soup once you're ready to eat. They'll cook in the soup.
Try adding a bit of hoisin. Or even better, put some hoisin in a small dish, dip your noodle spoon in the sauce, then lift some noodles into the spoon with your chopsticks and slurp. You'll get a tasty zing of hoisin sauce, but won't get it in your broth. I like to mix in a bit of Sriracha to my hoisin.
Sriracha. Nuff said.
