So what would happen if Cold Fish's powers ever got out of control? This would. The sharp appearing objects, her teeth included, are razor blade type ice crystals. Her skin resembles sheets of bumpy ice, like flowing water that's been frozen. All of this ice gives off an eerie mist as it sublimates into the cold, dry air surrounding her and she leaves massive sheets of ice and icicles everywhere she's been. Just what could get her worked into such a state? And more importantly, what can be done to thaw her out again?

Even though it's frozen, ice behaves much like water and flows albeit more slowly. And even though it's mostly instinctive on her part in this state, Heather is able to manipulate the ice by building it up or sublimating it off so she flows more than she actually moves, so the outer covering moves like armor made of liquid.
