Yes, my tomcats front legs are a bit too short. He was born that way, so he is fine, but you can see him standing on his tail to highten himself from time to time.

I really love him ^^

I would think it's just a random, genetic defect.
We got him from a local animal shelter when he was 6 or 7. They also had his brother there who was perfectly fine.
