I'm sure the story will come to you as you write. And I'm looking forward towards it.
A little detail suggestion if I may, and I think this might help with the writing process. If I remember right, all the crew members including the captain, wear diapers with no pants as respect towards the fact they are the first diapered crew in the star fleet. Don't be so timid with any outside characters, or villains commenting on their diapers as an outlet of humor, or device to move the plot along.
