I have run out of shape improvement ideas.
I did a bit of poking and prodding on the neck, ear, and back of the head, before I decided I wasn't going to come up with anything really major to change. I kind of wanted to do something better with the ears, but I couldn't really come up with what would make them better. I wanted to make the neck deform better, but really that's up to weight painting more than anything.
So, this wireframe turntable represents what could be the final shape-iteration of v3! That's not to say the model is done, of course. There's still UVs, texturing, and shading to be done. There's a strong chance that those could inspire me to go back and make further topology adjustments. Even after those, I want to do more experiments with more advanced rigging techniques and numerous other enhancements like added fur, hair, and other details.
When in that process I'll start Blythe, the female Lapsa base, is still kind of up in the air. Certainly only after UVs are settled, which probably means after texturing and shading. One of these days I'll get around to laying down some serious background info too, hopefully in an entertaining manner.
