The name: Shavano is named after Mt. Shavano in Colorado. Mt. Shavano is one of Colorado's 14ers. I have hiked my fair share of 14ers and hiking Mt. Shavano is still one of my most memorable 14er hikes.

The species: Siberian tiger. They have always been my favorite of the big cats. I just love the patterning in there fur. Also tigers are not a creature you want to mess with.

The color: Blue. Partly because every one of my schools have had blue as one their colors but also because I just love blue.

The special markings: The "V" and the check. This resembles my favorite two geysers in Yellowstone that erupt together. Fan and Mortar Geysers. They are pretty rare performers and release a ton of energy when they erupt. The "V" represents Mortar Geyser and the check represents Fan Geyser.

Personality: Shavano is best described as a ball of everlasting energy. Shavano is also very friendly and caring but does find it fun to pull a good prank every now and then. You can also find that Shavano likes to investigate everything. He leaves no stone unturned and this curiosity may end up leading to his downfall...

Hobbies: Shavano can usually be found hiking, caving, studying geysers, skiing, or just plain destroying everything he can get his paws on.
