Here's a piece that was more work than I'd expected. Arrrgh. Not that I'm complaining- I like how it turned out, but anyone who thinks building something completely in photoshop is easy, I'll smack you and show you the four days it took me to make this. :P
I present to you, Maliksr as a plushie- maybe I can get a commission to make a real-life plush out of it. :P He's cute, though.

*gently waps you in the snout with it, giggling* Cute little silver, you. And butt-wings are kinda neat... Vaguely related; just watched the "Four winged Dinosaur" last night with KaniS and that critter was pretty cool- regular wings and a set of wing-like dealies on his hind legs so he could overlap them over his tail to act as a sail-surface for gliding. I'm getting a real chuckle over the new info on dinosaurs that's been coming out this last while- the whole feather-scales thing is sweet and gives all kinds of potetnial for some beautiful paintings... Hmm, a Utah raptor in mating plumage all displaying himself, maybe. Rawr...
I've been lucky in that I've only ever met three on this site who were pills to me- one I haven't seen since he attempted to mock me on a guy's comment-page (phail-one large load of it), one was a bigot who I ripped a new one for because he was saying a lot of disgusting things on a very nice person's page (he got kick/banned from the site for it) and the other was a painfully-broken young man from New York who needs to learn that other people have their opinions, too and trying to control what people think is beyiond obnoxious. I have trouble with my face when people who accuse me of being childish (because I wouldn't agree with his views) are the ones having the temper-tantrum and I've remained calm all through the conversation.
I never could understand some of the trolls I've seen here (on other folk's pages, saying vile things) and elsewhere- I mean, don't they have anything better to do than to spew their poison at people they probably haven't even met? And the racists- gods, if I could just remove all of them from the net, it would be so peaceful without their ignorant hate...
I do try to be nice- thank you for thinking it's working.
Cheers!

Four total have blocked me. Three currently still are.
The first one, (Randomdragon) blocked me because I was not in love with one of his submissions when everyone else was.
The second (AdriNoMa) blocked me because I publicly disagreed with him in his journal.
The third one (Satosuke) blocked me because he made an angry journal and I asked him why he always seemed angry.
Keep your eyes open for them, and others like them.
Furrywriter.

I've seen one those you mention, but so far no issues with them. If I don't happen to like a piece, I just don't comment or favourite it- saves a lot of hassles. I know I'll get no end of troubles from upset folks if I happen to post a negative critique of something they're very proud of. Besides, I think it's kinda mean to pop up on some guy's page just to say I didn't like his work, unless I happen to know a way to describe how they can improve their skills without hurting their ego. A hard task, though- I'm not the best at diplomatic.
Um, a small critique of my own, here- I usually leave out the names of folks who I've had troubles with. They don't need to be hassled by well-meaning people who think I might need "protecting" and it's something I consider rude. It's a kind of rumour-mongering to spread around the names of those one doesn't like (or had beefs with), but I can understand why word-of-mouth could be important to prevent nasty scenes. Perhaps a private note would have been better? Guess I'm a bit old-fashioned that way (or maybe I just have some odd ideas about politeness). Hope I haven't offended.
Cheers!

I "discover" it, then forget, the re-discover my idiocy, then thinking I'm ok on the social skills thing, relax and let my mouth have it's way, goofing it up all over again! Stir, rinse, repeat ad infinitum. Ack! I'm irrepressable (or stupid- either way, I don't seem to learn)- I can be honest to the point of tactless bluntness. I'll goof and be honest about what I think, fend off the offense that seems to inevitably occur, all while saying, "What? What'd I say? Sheesh."
Yup, I actually did post it last year! Here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/955392/ Enjoy! The comments are almost as much fun as the drawing...
Coolness! I'll give you a poke next time I'm on. Oh, and check this out: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1775029/ *giggles*
I am certainly planning on offering plushies made of folk's characters and fursonas. Just send me a good, clear ref, any notes on materials and textures preferred, and we can dicker over the cost. Many have a lot of fiddly pieces and the smallest I can make them is about a foot-and a half high, and will likely take me about ten hours to make.
Ugh, I knows how ya feels... I'm such a materialist- so many silly things I want just because they're pretty... The Proud pic's a freebie, as I hope you know. It's in the queue, but it may still be a while- expect it by Christmas, though- most of my other things should be done by then.
Heh. I wish I had family I could move in with during hard times, but most of them have families or are too poor themselves to afford a decent apartment with enough space for me and my gear, plus three cats, a zillion plants, my sewing machines, bags of fabric, etc, etc...
Hehe. My family is pretty well off except for some extended relatives (my mother's parents just got moved into a retirement home, but not for the lack of money, but because my grandfather is...well, a clumsy idiot. Money wise they just sold a house before the economic bust, so they've got money for 10 years (my grandfather says, "in 10 years we'll be out of money! Then what?" grandma: "We'll die." (They're 90+ years old :P If they last 10 more years we'll be impressed))).
All of them are. :P
My dad's parents know freaking everyone.
(Picture of the Dali Lama taken with their camera? Sure! Know the third highest lama (who, unfortunately does not have an internet presence (even on wikipedia), his position isn't known well enough)? Sure, he was born just a couple miles away from where my grandparents live. Take him power rangers action figures and introduce the grand kids? Sure! Daughter go on honey moon, have a plane that flies once a week not be flying due to repairs that week interrupting travel plans making my aunt wander around the (small) Thailand airport looking for someone going their way, find one, but he doesn't take passengers (just cargo), strike up a conversation, "You're Mary's daughter? Why didn't you say so, grab your stuff I leave in two hours!" Sure!)
My grandmother is like, epic (she used to be a travel agent, so she always got herself and grampa cheap tickets to far away places: new zealand, Nepal, Thailand, China...). She got us into a high class hotel's high class restaurant to see their Yak and Yeti (that was the name of the hotel BTW) performance at midnight and they fired up the kitchens and put on the show for a dozen people. And I have pictures to prove it. Unfortunately I fell asleep part way through.
