I was quite sick of this drawing, too much time spent on it and I'm not very satisfied of the result :/ ... it was a good chance to learn something more at least. :P
Here we have Colonel Spectrum and his spouse when they were still a couple.
About the chosen location I only searched for a fitting background X) so I imagine they're attending kind of a party reserved to the military officers. :O
