Halloween Gumdrop, Part Six!
When
indigoangelcat heard I was making a Halloween witchy cat and was curious about whether it should be a black cat or a less traditional breed, she jokingly suggested I paint it like a candycorn.
I was intrigued by her suggestion, and decided to try it out on a calico kitty instead. I've decided I loves it. (Looks dangerously tasty for some reason, though....)
Sculpy clay with foil core, painted with acrylics and varnished with satin-finish. (Photo taken before varnishing, since the varnish, while water-proofing and protecting the gumdrop, also tends to play mean tricks on my camera's flash mechanism.) He's about the size of a quarter.
