I think this is Echo:\\Hack v2, at most. His orginial visor was different (his guard is used instead thiss time), and I liked some parts of it, but I like how lanky this one is. It speaks well for a sense of agility, which he may need.

Hack is another, later variant. He's faster and lighter on his feet, and less directly offensive. Rather than attack, he corrupts systems and objects, bringing even atlas-class mecha under his control, or even automated attack suits if he wishes.
