I've watched many artists lose hours of work simply because they forgot to save. A lot of programs don't have auto-saves, and the ones that do seem to always save while you're in the middle of something. So I decided to make a little program that fixes those problems. There's probably one out there that already exists, but they can be hard to find or are more complicated than they need to be.

My alarm is simple. All you do is turn it on, input the amount of time you want it to wait before it goes off and you're done. Instead of an auto-save it will simply beep to remind you to save, keeping you productive and only saving when you want to.


To download my alarm all you have to do is go here and download the files (be sure to check out the readme!!) For those of you worried that it might be a virus I've also included the source file so you can go in and verify it or even modify it however you please.

How to install:
Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)
Make a new folder named: Bit Save Alarm
Move the four files you downloaded from the link above into the 'Bit Save Alarm' folder

That's it! All you need to do is double click on 'Bit Save Alarm.exe' and it will run. (You can also right-click the file and create a shortcut so you can launch the program from your desktop.)
