This is Challenger; an anthro dragon/snake made out of molten rock and lava. He originated from an adoptable that I got a few years back and has now been turned into...well, this XD don't worry, this guy is not the adoptable at all. They just have the same name X3

Back during the Egyption age there was one emporer that didnt quite make it into the history books. That guy was Challenger. Yep, he was an Egyption Emporer back then. Luckily he wasn't considered a tyrant. In fact, he gave away most of his money to help people get out of slavery. However, not everyone didn't agree with what Challenger was doing. A rebellion brewed up who wanted to ''overthrow'' Challenger and be replaced with a new emporer. One that was strong and witted. Rather than generous like Challenger.
Soon, the rebellions attacked Challenger's town. Before Challenger can help the townsfolk he was stormed by some rebels who tried to kill him. Challenger ran into his underground chamber and barricaded himself so they can't kill him. Once that was sorted, he had to find a place to hide. So he hid himself in a tomb; one that was built especially for him. The rebels did manage to enter, but they couldnt find him. They didnt check the tomb because if he was in there, they'd make sure he couldn't make it out.
Lucky for Challenger, his townspeople did survive and even push back the rebellion a few hours after Challenger was in hiding. The only problem was...well, Challenger fell asleep...until the year 2015. He was alive and managed to wake up. But he expected to be in his humble tomb and reunite with his people. Not in a national museum in Chicago surrounded by screaming tourists. Challenger took this to shock and quickly escaped the scene.
With no home, no money and still in his robes, Challenger had to adapt to the new world he was now in. He took the whole cowardice too hard and felt down for abandoning his people. He wanted to be brave once again...so he decided to grab a job as a protector...AKA a police officer. All he had to do was look at a CPD flyer on a telegraph pole to be commited. However, he was not given the role of officer. Instead he was enlisted to become a SWAT member.
In a few years time he became very known to his new life. He now speaks full english, knows a lot more about the modern world, is great at his job and uses his 'spells' to his advantage. He's also partnered with Apollo ;P he also sports a Spansh accent with a hiss touch to it (his voice is like how a snake would sound; always with a hissed tone and sorta high pitched)

Challenger does have a few abilities that are pretty useful. One of which is that he has a ''primary outfit''. This means that whatever he wears as part of this outfit, it can grow and reshape to Challenger's body. Technically, the primary outfit is part of his body. This is also how Challenger's Egyption robes does not rot away, even when he spent hundreds of years in his tomb. His primary outfit is now his SWAT uniform, so whenever he grows or buffs up, his clothes will stretch to his body. Its a way to avoid an embarresing wardrobe malfunction X3 he can still take his clothes off though.
Another ability he has is that he can grow & buff up to his liking. He is currently 7 foot 2 inches tall but he can grow up to a maximum of 50 feet. As mentioned, his clothes will not rip due to his 'Primary Outfit' ability. He also has the ability to 'buff up'. Essentally building up his muscle mass. He can only buff up a little and it won't last long. Its only to get that necassary burst of energy when needed.
He also has some lava abilities like spitting lava and fire breath but that isn't interesting XD
He also has a human form, which is just a guy with a strong build, long black hair, goatee and his usual SWAT uniform he wears normally. He can transform from dragon to human. He only does this on the job and transforms if things get heated.

Challenger is a really mysterious person during his time in the modern world. Since he doesn't have any history records, no-one knows when he was born or his born nationality. He prefers not to talk about his past since he changes the subject regarding his past. Challenger can be nervous, stressed and provokative. He will sometimes be the ''accident-prone'' sort of fellow but he never messes up on purpose.
He can stress out at times due to the technology and other stuff. Since he doesnt know much about the technology, it often angers him. He once immobilized a cop car because he couldn't figure out how to turn on a smartphone.
Despite his anger issues and accident-prone nature, he will let his soft side open. He will never harm anyone unless its job wise (he will go all-out ballistic on the job when it comes to stuff like drug busts and armed robberies) but while off the job he is willing to make new friends.
He will be nervous at first and his voice will make him sound like a villain, but he has good intentions and he doesn't want to make his looks and nature put him down.

His skin is molten-rock grey with sharp, lava veins all over his body except his face, hands & feet. His claws, brow horns, fins (which run from his head to the bottom of his back) & tail spikes are black and his eye colour, gums, tongue & teeth. His irises are jet black.
He wears a black tactical vest with white police writing & steel buttons on his pouches and on his chest region along with black straps w/ grey connectors at the sides, black pants, black boots with black laces and steel lace holes, black gloves with ripped fingers, a black t-shirt which is heavily ripped, silver dog tags and necklace, black elbow pads with grey 'shock absorbers' & black straps, black leather belt with silver buckle and his leg holster is black leather.
He also has a little boot fetish X3 he likes his boots and will have a trendancy to sniff the insides, lick them clean and likes to tranform from human to dragon just to feel the leather break against his toes X3 he also likes to eat shoes (only the ones he finds ugly ;P)
His weapons are a G36C carbine, police retractable baton and a Glock 17 pistol

I was gonna give him knee pads but I replaced them with a holster. Not all of my OCs should have knee pads X3
