I always saw her as having the walking/climbing and general physical behavior of a ringtailed lemur, which have always come across to me as being feral, but with a great degree of intelligence. I'm pointing out right now that I know nothing about lemurs. Just trying to get the mental image of the motions, I suppose.

I really like this version of dirtiran. Looks more like a "summer coat" sort of phase, in which she loses most of the fluff.

Hmmm, Dirtiran kind of lopes along with a bit of a crocked gait due to her "Frankenstein" build. I would imagine her legs are not exactly the same lengths, though not too noticeably so. She definitely isn't what you would call graceful! Haha.

As far as intelligence is concerned, I actually like to say she is pretty low compared to an adult human. I wouldn't put her intelligence any higher than a 6 year old :D

So she's got the brain of a raven or a parrot. Gotcha.

Also love that she's got the Frankenstein build. It is such a rare thing to come across a character who is actually flawed in a physical sense of speaking, and actively affected by those flaws. You see scars and 'replacement limbs' all the time, but so rarely is it something that noticeably changes the character past beautification and/or Rule of Cool.

At the moment it does read that way haha. I will be doing much more drastic changes to her later when I can sketch more, to see how I like it :)

Dirt has always been a huge inspiration but also one of my fave character designs since I was younger on deviantart. :3 I love the changes though, makes her more unique but also makes her seem more patched together and elegant in a way. Also love how much care you have always put into her design and background!

This certainly plays mor einto her chimera feel. She looks less like a fox and more like her own thing entirely. :3 Are other Leane supposed to be the same now? Or are they as varied as the assortment that is Dirtiran?

Haha thanks, and yea once I settle on the design again most leaan follow the same structural formula (especially ear shape). With obvious differences to limb and design depending on what critters they are mashed with.
