Ah, I suppose that makes sense...
I uses an F Grade Sketching Pencil for my sketches. It's just a little harder than the traditional HB, so smear is limited to only a little, plus it gives me great deep and solid lines too...
I suppose we're all different though! :D Keep up the fantastic works

Yup, I have the small 12wx one ;)
Concerning how I work, one thing that mainly creates that "feel" I have on a lot of images is that I shade using overlay and linear dodge effects, surely, you can archieve the same with using various colors to shade, but that really adds a lot to the style.. at least I hope so *blush* and a lot of my stuff has outlines.
A Cintiq pays off if you know you're going to use it 2-3 hours a day at least, other than that it's not really portable as well. You do get used to it rather fast, I work using felt tips, because of the higher "resistance" it's like with a pencil and paper, that pencil will never slide that easily over a paper surface etc. as a plastic pen will do on a tablet surface. Other than that you should try it somewhere if you get the possibility ;) , the biggest advantage is the time, my style didn't really change as I changed the tablets, but I became at least 20% faster with everything I did on it ;)
