Well, Zygon were a moist world, more swampy jungle like, but with high platform like mountains for the bigger cities, supporting a civilisation and jungle swamps that have the depth of an ocean. The Zygonians are more reptilian, than amphibic or aquatic, but not the worst swimmers.
