Valkyrie Custom for  Luxzora , a friend of mine.
He wanted a Valkyrie based on Luxray, so OFC I HAD TO OBLIGE CAUSE THAT SOUNDED LIKE A NEAT IDEA.

(note: I will not take Valkyries based on Pokemon or any other copyrighted characters, this one was a gift.)

This Lightning Aligned Valkyrie features:
Dual-colored eyes (uncommon)
Extra floof / mane (common)
Thin tail (uncommon)
