Excadrill is awesome! He's a creative take on the whole Moles and Drills combination. Plus, in 5th gen he was also pleasantly chubby too, also think his bloon-legs are kinda cutely shaped. He seems... a bit skinnier in X and Y to me. ...But anyway, another character along the lines of Mac the Meowth. ...Yeah, he's a tubby. What do you expect?

Rusty... that was always his name, but when he was young he would be bullied, mostly by other Excadrills, by being pushed into a creek constantly until eventually his claws and his visor started to rust. He is a partner with Mac who likes to protect Pokemon from bullies and other villains. Rusty likes to use traps like spikes and stealth rocks to attack bullies without actually injuring them. ...Which is why he doesn't have any Toxic Spikes on him, because he feel it would go too far.
