After going to Anime Central this time and admiring several really beautiful fursuits, 
Xarien and I decided we really want to give making our own a shot! We plan to return to ACEN next year and although it's not a furry con, we think we'd have a great time with the welcoming community there in our fursuits.
So here is a fursuit shaped and tweaked design of Rio! It's pretty similar to her standard design, but the colors have been brightened to match some of the fur colors I've been able to find online. I've also simplified a few things to make it easier to translate her into a suit.
I'm very excited! :) I'll be spending a week or two researching, then it's off to Wal-Mart to get craft mesh and foam. I'll probably do my suit first so we can get a feel for it, then Xarien will start on his. He's not as crafty as me, but I'm definitely not making his suit AND mine, haha.
