Well, basically you just try and draw the surroundings of the character and such.

I still find it boring and tedious, most of the time, but sometimes you can get into a kind of good groove doing it, and just draw without putting much thought into it.

Drawing is pretty much recording what you see onto paper. It's mostly observation.

Just sit somewhere and draw what's around you.

I like it too.
