So  atmad12 wanted to redo this sprite to reflect the gender switch from Blastbolt to Boltflash.

And I'm thankful for the effort to change the sprite, because I think it looks even better than the original did! =D Atma is awesome and deserves some goddamned credit as a Spriter! Even if I miss being able to call him the Angry Sunma.

So yeah, this will be replacing the old version, so I'll copy the attack list from the last one before it disappears into the annals of the interwebs.

Circuit Break: The signature move of Boltflash, she charges her palm with electricity and slams it into her opponent's chest. Has the unique property of being able to neutralize other lightning users by siphoning their electricity and adding it to her own, making her the rare elemental fighter that is useful against her own element.
Highvolt Haymaker: Boltflash supercharges her hands with electricity, then throws two high-powered fists into her opponent with enough force to shatter stone.
Spark Feather: The razored points on Boltflash's gauntlets are fired as electrified projectiles.
Lightning Kick: Boltflash jumps into the air, then uses her wings to propel herself forward at high speed while she stretches her leg out for a jump kick. Yes, she modeled this move after a Rider Kick. Yes, she likes Kamen Rider. Shut up.
Soaring Thunderstorm: The ultimate move of Hiten Raitaka Ken, Boltflash flies above her opponents, then unleashes multiple lightning bolts on the enemies below.
