Here are some guides to fit the "artistic liberty" specifications:
-I get to work from my own design
-The commissioner can pick 3-5 different species for me to choose from (or none if you have no preference)
-Commissioner can have up to 2 "must haves" (i.e must have mohawk, plugs)
-Commissioner can have up to 2 "must NOT haves" (i.e must not have hair tuft, scars)
-Commissioner can choose if they'd like to see the concept art or not, they have permission to change one (1) thing on the concept art, they may also choose not to see it at all
-Commissioner can pick a basic colour pallete (i.e "bright colours" or "natural colours")
OR
-Commissioner can choose a THEME (i.e "punk" or "Rave")

Commissioner may also ask if I have any preferences (because I do) or anything special I'd like to build and go off that!
