Well, today I was feeling bored, sick and sleepy so just like that I started to mess around with Pony Creator and this character was born, with my macrophile fantasies strongly influencing her creation... do you like her? You are free to use her for stories, pictures, comics or anything else without paying anything!

The only condition (other than crediting me) is that you stay true to her basic design (though you may use some slight modifications if you want, and you can also turn her into an anthro or a human) and to her story and personality, which I'm going to describe right now (I know the story is a little half-assed, but you can expand it). Oh and of course I'd be very happy if you showed me what you do with her! :)

Stompy Hoofsie may look like a sweet and lovely mare, almost an angelic one, and her sensual and soothing voice certainly gives that impression even more, but in reality she has an evil heart and her benevolent smile is the mask of a deeply sadistic, ruthless and psychopathic pony.
Since when she was a little filly she has always had a thing for crushing anything smaller than her under her hooves, especially bugs of all kinds, stepping on insects has always been one hell of a power trip for her and it eventually lead her to find out her special talent: pest control, but what makes her a successful exterminator is that she doesn't need to intoxicate the air with insecticide, she can just use her hooves, and thanks to her magic she can also stomp on flying bugs without too many problems, and all that is represented by her cutie mark being a squashed bug.
She's extremely proud of her beauty, especially of her hooves, and although she clearly doesn't mind getting her soles dirty, when she's not working she loves adorning and polishing her hooves and making sure they look as pretty as possible. When nopony's looking she also likes to indulge in the guilty pleasure of licking her own hooves...
All that wouldn't be so bad if her love for feeling like a powerful giantess hadn't evolved in such a dark way: growing up she started to imagine that the bugs she stepped on were actually ponies, and just fantasizing about that soon started to feel unsatisfying... so she started to study all kinds of size changing spells until she became one of the biggest experts in enlarging and shrinking magic in all Ponyville (where she lives) or even in all Equestria; needless to say, the way she uses said magic is not benevolent at all.
Taking advantage of her beauty, her likeability and her good social skills, Stompy has lured countless ponies of both genders to come to her house, where she can shrink them down to the size of insects, put them in a fake little city she made and torture them and play with them in any way she wants. She doesn't just crush them with her hooves, she also likes trying new games, like squishing them beneath her behind, using them as sex toys or even eating them (she even finds the taste of pony meat truly scrumptious... yup, she's a cannibal). And when she doesn't kill them she loves forcing them to worship her mighty hooves.
Thanks to her flirty and charming personality (which she retains even while playing with her victims) she can also easily seduce male stallions or even lesbian/bisexual mares, something that greatly helps her in getting new "toys". She especially likes seducing ponies with her lovely hooves, something that makes her very desirable to hoof fetishists.
And soon not even shrinking ponies will be enough for her, she's currently waiting for her chance to grow herself into a huge giantess and terrorize Equestria...
