Okay, a couple years ago me and my sister (girl I've known for a ridiculous amount of time) got baked and took turns drawing whatever on a sketch page and adding to each other's creations and it was just dumb as shit and rad and their was a penis octopus rockin out on a guitar and a bunch of other weird shit and then a tv head that had been turned into a fishtank like this guy.
I had been wanting to revise and make a character like him for a very long time and 
finally gave me the motivation to do it with his cutie Z-drive, so here Rot is owo
✖ Name: Brain Rot
✖ Punk Telly. Can have a bit of an attitude, but isn't actually a bruiser. He's clumsy as all heck and trips over his big dumb feet a lot, or even nothing sometimes which is where he actually gets all the scrapes and bruises and cracks.
✖ Fish-bone's name is Fatz
✖ Octo-sticker on the side, can be on any side, always aquatic stickers: jelly-fish, whales, exotic fish, Etc.
✖ Cracks + water in his tank can sometimes lead to electrocution due to the wiring in the back of his dome piece. If he shocks you it's an honest mistake TuT
✖ Speakers are usually shorted because of the water, so he almost always communicates with his hands due to not having a screen, but rarely you'll get feedback from a music channel.
