I was originally going to make this picture for Paw Day 2015, but then I made another one for the day also, which I'll post next. Ended with two doodles for this special day. Also, it's been a while since I've drawn some good actual paw licking.
The lady to the left is named Priscilla, is a slender, twenty-something-year-old Desert Rose. We don't get many plant-morphs outside of Pokemon. She actually isn't a new character, I first conceptualized and drew back in 2007, but haven't done anything with her for years. This is a shame for me for I really like drawing her character design. Her back story is that she's a farmer on an orchard. She very shy and quiet, only really talking to her close friends and family. She has a liking for silk dresses. She files down her thorns, leaving freckle-like spots. Although her thorns do re-sprout the very few times she's super pissed. Another one of her physical traits is that her feet are kinda big, something she can feel self-conscious about. However, Jammer manages to make her feel more proud of this.

Awww, I love the back-story! Very neat character, and creative that she does stuff like file down the thorns. I'm glad she's not so shy as to deny those cute feet to someone who appreciates them. Perhaps it will help her open up a bit more. Love the idea of silk-dresses too; would look very beautiful.
