As you can tell from my gallery, Nikki has quite a fair few many outfits. When he's not busy hunting vampires or ruling over a kingdom, there's a version of Nikki that's simply a normal person and he's a fashion designer. Pastel knows this and she thought that she would draw up some of the outfits that Nikki would most likely design based on his personality - she knows him quite well.
