An older piece, around the time I experimented with colouring and shading techniques in Photoshop. It was fun, but straining for a while - which is why I do 90% of my things in Sai instead. <3

Thank you so much! As for what software to use its a very personal matter. To me Sai is easier for drawing purposes, with a doodle-friendly toolset. Photoshop requires more time and fiddling around, but is very good for big overall illustrations.
Personally I like as little fuss as possible when I draw, I like when it feels like it's just a pen and paper. So it hugely depends on your comfort and habits.
