Thank you. I dont know! It is clear from my investigations that everything was removed from the package. Because my cover had a small bit of damage on it but it wasnt where the slice was in the package when i opened it. The pillowcases were on top. So the cover and everything had to have been removed from the bag in order for the cut in the cover to be not where the bag was sliced. Not to mention the receipt is also missing along with the sheet. So someone SLICED open my package removed the contents either forgot to put the sheet back in or stole it and then put everything back in minus the receipt and taped the bag back shut.

I hope you are going to send a message saying pieces were missing and it looked like the package was tampered with

I did and I sent them images and then said that i cut the package open and thats why the product was damaged but they are looking into the missing sheet.

yeah i mean i honestly dont mind that the duvet cover was a smidge damaged it was an easy fix. i just want my sheet.

People are just weird. Like if it were me I'd be past the point of mad and just wanna ask the person liek why JUST the sheet. If you're gonna steal, commit and take the whole thing darn you.

It wasn't the companies fault that the sheet wasn't there. It happened after shipping someone opened my mail.
