...of blows is finally done! and so am I! *splat*
Not the best BG ever but taking things one step at a time.
I've been stressing out about this more than what I probably needed to but I'm content with the product.. I think
ANYWAY I did this as a bit of fanart, Nyxis belongs to
defiance the other bat is my nameless bat.
I started this on March 25th so I'm 3 days short of 2 months.
PS I have a bit of a headcanon for this image, political/diplomatic dinner gathering/ball at which a particular tribe of bats have also been invited to send a representative and a certain bat forcefully volunteered herself eager at the chance to puff out her chest, show off and to go on an adventure anywhere but her secluded home village. During her quest there's a bit of comic stepping on toes and cultural misunderstandings on her way to the palace with words of the princess and her knight on lips of locals and travellers alike. Once at the party/ball/gathering she wastes no time once the opportunity presents itself later in the night in goading and pestering Nyxis into a cultural exchange in the gardens outside.

This is absolutely wonderful, Aaaaah! From the detail on the shading to little touches like your character's jewelry and the vines on Nyx's sword, you put so much love into it, it really shines through! ^__^
And your headcanon is so wonderful(and accurate x'D), Nyxis would happily entertain such a curious fight(And probably be pleased to bits that she's renowned so far beyond her kingdom!) It was a pleasure working with you, and thank you again for drawing such an exciting piece of our battie bats!

*lacks both emoticons and words to accurately describe how I feel* Thankyou, I'm so happy and relieved you're happy with the image. I was wondering what you would think of my little anecdote. My mind had lots of time to wander while drawing so it did just that, I had no idea whether it would fit or work with your works but that's just what came to mind with the impression of Nyx I had.
