Well, at least it isn't the custom 2 version! That one has insane launch power, and decent damage. Plus it is a small AOE around you...
Best setup for pikachu: (up special.. No idea what the best is) side B: Heavy Skull-Bash, Neutral B: Thunder Shock, Down B: Thunder Burst, I put my up B as Quck Feet, but I am not sure what the best is there... Kinda a preferance one...
