They''re like 4 overlay layers.

First layer (a circle shape) is overlay at like 35% with an inner-glow of overlay (which is also white)
Second is another white overlay shape to kinda define the glowy-spots at about 30-50%
Third is a linear dodge rainbow-gradient thing on a lower opacity
Fourth is a just-white layer for shine
