It was made of a powerful, indestructable stone. the heads are the 3 parts of the chimera, the 12 sections of it's neck/body is the 12 animals of the chinese zodiac.
and the huge mountain-like stone it's connected to is it's stomach. and as the prey slowly goes down it's body, the 12 chinese zodiac segments bulges out, depending on the size of the prey.
and as it goes down, it's mind and soul stats to diminish. eventually becoming part of the creature. and it's named Chimera rock

senses heigtened by the 12 Zodiac animals
has the powers of the Chimera

despite being made of stone, it has some points in the speed, mind and strength departments
can track prey it strikes when the prey escapes
can be cunning when outnumbered
has a brain for each head
is able to float via magic
the stone is Grey with a stripe texture
grows stronger with each Meal
