Here it is, the head I've been working on for another auction! Meet the Tribal Monster Hyena! Had a blast making this guy, although it gave me some difficulties. I learned a lot from the last head, and learned even more from this one. Lets get in to what this guy features before I start explaining my hardships, haha.
- Fits sizes 21-23
- Balaclava and elastic build
- Foam base
- Vision through buckram
- Felt forked tongue
- inside lined for comfort
- Monster teeth
- Fosshape ears with little cuts
- Shaved face and ears
- Moving jaw, or static! Depends on how you place it.
- Polyfil plush horns
- Spiked and styled mane
- Hand painted markings and stripes
Let me know what you guys think of him heart emoticon He will be up for auction soon. Unfortunately while building this guy I goofed up on his pattern and had to redo it. That took up a lot of the fur I had, and I am unable to make armsleeves or handpaws or a tail for him in the way that I want to unsure emoticon. But the fur he has will be up on the auction if the buyer wants it.
I know there is a lot of things on this guy that still have me unsatisfied, but I am very satisfied with him as a second costume. I learned a lot from him and plan to utilize my learning on to the next head. Also a big thank you from Rebecca Sharpe and CalicoCougar for all the tips, hints, and feedback. Couldn't do it without you two.
