These are Mac and cheese stuffed biscuits. I used 3 cups of flower, 3 tablespoons of backing powder, a stick of butter, Italian seasoning and 3/4 of a cup of milk plus already prepared Mac and cheese. I combined the dry ingredients first and hand mixed them till it resembled crumbs. I used a frozen stick of butter to help spreading and rising in the oven, then combined the milk into a rough biscuit dough. Next I spread a handful of dough in my hand, pressed it into a circular disc, and pushed the center in to make a pouch like indentation. I took a scoup of Mac and cheese and then placed it into the pouch. Then I covered the biscuit with a second same sized circle of dough. Pressing the edges together seals the Mac and cheese inside.
