Villains can be rather inconsiderate. Erica Decker had a very important meeting scheduled at DSI this morning and had just finished organizing her files when a bank alarm lit up her computer screen. A daring midday heist with chatter of supervillain presence over the CPD radio band. Duty called. War Wolf was needed.

She arrived in time to witness the tail end of a firefight that had police scrambling. Luckily, another heroine was on the scene: Vesara. Together, they faced the combined might of superpowered villains Bruiser, Top Dog, Tsunami, and Red.

The odds seemed overwhelming to those who looked on with wide eyes and gaping jaws. Two unpowered heroines against those villains? Did they stand a chance?

But the situation was nothing new for War Wolf and Vesara. Both had pitted their strength, wit, and cunning against superpowered foes before. Both had been sculpted into unwavering crusaders by numerous trials. Both had stared down terrifying opposition and steeled themselves for countless battles with unwavering fortitude.

War Wolf and Vesara's histories are filled with defeated foes foolish enough to underestimate them. Today, they aimed to add to that list.
