But luckily enough we can like images. I really like your globe photos. It's a very own and unique point of view, it's interesting what comes into focus this way. :)

It would be awesome to have had the idea to do these shots back when we had all the farm critters, woulda been hilarious to see sheep, goats, donkeys, horses and mini horses n donkeys all warped and silly looking though the crystal lol
I will still get more shots, just don't want to flood the place with em.

I thought about it and got a few ideas, but I don't know if they are pratical or would turn out good. I thought about looking for promising image motifs and then placing the orb onto a tripod or another helpful surface, turn the camera upside down and then take the picture. I guess a more promising idea might be moisturizing the orb. Having tiny droplets on the surface might turn the motif right side up again but maybe warp the perspective even more. Maybe you could make a macro photo of whatever appears in the droplets. Just something that came to my mind, not sure if it might be practical at all. Food for thought.

I'll give it a go, not sure how that would look optically but what the hell lol, why not try it.
I was trying to get a shot in the air from directly under the orb at the tree line and sky, to make it look like a small planet, but I think in order to do that right, I would need a chunk of glass, because tossing it was just stupid lol.

A glass surface to lay on isn't just safer, it's also easier to do. With it being tossed it's hard to get get it right I guess. I'm really impressed how that shot turned out. :)
