8x8" painting on Gessobord. It's the final work for the drawing and painting class i took. I used a reference for this one also, although I changed things to suit myself. The medium is Acrylics, and this is the third acrylic piece if I've ever started and only the second I've finished. The first one I've finished that wasn't black and white. hehehe.

Since the Gessoboard is textured, I found the scan I got form it was atrocious. While the photo is better, it would help if I had a flash difuser that would hopefully give me richer colors. Photo taken with my D40X camera and a tripod.

I have some smooth clayboard so I'll have to try that next. I'm also going to get some canvas board and experiment with that too.
