Golden Shower Tree. Cassia Fistula in the scholars tongue. A flowering plant in the family of Fabaceae.

Grew this tree from a seed. About 2-3 years ago. Just started blooming not to long ago. Enjoy

Yes they are. Was going in the dark on this one. One of my family gave me the seed and I had no idea what it would look like other then there word "it would be pretty" Only did research on it after it bloomed once I had a flower reference.

Wow its native here where I come from its called "kayu Rajah" in malay it means King's wood or tree there are a few in my university
