I wish I could use SL, but my computer doesn't like it, plus I found it hard to use. :(

Turning down the graphical doo-dahs helps if you have an older computer.

I found it to be very jumpy, and hard to steer your character due to the irratic movement. It also seemed to stick a lot and freeze.

The OS isn't a problem....

Second Life seems to kill video cards & RAM mostly, due to huge memory leaks....

What are your computer specs ?
