I ran into rigging problems on the last figure, so I started over. I really like how this one came out. Let me know what you think. If no one sees anything major that I overlooked, I should be able to start a new series of inflation animations soon.
I also want to thank everyone for the helpful input I've been getting. I've been able to progress much faster because of it.
P.S. I have settled on the name Allison for her.

The arms move juuust a tad jerkily, but the basic paths are sound. Her legs seem a little short, but that could just be the toonish style you've got here. The thing I want to mention most is the right leg's almost total lack of motion. The rest of her body is moving very expressively, changing the lines of her midsection. The (very well done) tail sweep, the arms, the other leg all convey this, but that static leg really breaks the effect. It might help if you let her hips move out to the side a little more to show the change in the position of her center of balance.
Once again, I hope this is helpful!
